Incorporated as 463 Church Entertainment Inc., and henceforth referred to as «Flash on Church Street» or «The Club,» the following stipulations govern membership:
1. The Club functions as a private members club exclusively catering to Toronto’s LGBTQ2S+ community and its allies.
2. Access to The Club is confined to duly registered members and their invited guests.
3. Prospective members must attain a minimum age of 19 and present government-issued photo identification for registration and entry.
4. By becoming a member, you absolve The Club from any liability pertaining to losses, injuries, or damages incurred while on its premises.
5. Membership bestowed by The Club is its proprietary asset, subject to surrender upon request.
6. The transfer of The Club’s membership privileges is strictly prohibited.
7. The Club reserves the right to terminate or revoke memberships at its discretion and without specifying reasons.
8. In the event of membership surrender to The Club, no refunds will be extended.
